News: Mass Effect Andromeda has a £279.99 Collector’s Edition

Mass Effect Andromeda will be available in various premium and Collector’s Edition guises when it arrives next spring, including a £279.99 CE which includes a remote control Nomad ND1.

The £279.99 CE is a GAME exclusive and does include a copy of the videogame. In the US the Collector’s Edition can be purchased without the videogame.

News: Mass Effect trilogy is now on Xbox One backwards compatibility

Mass Effect Trilogy

Mass Effect 2 and Mass Effect 3 have joined the original videogame on XBox One’s backwards compatibility list, EA and Micro$oft have announced.

Whilst the first videogame is available via Games on Demand, the second and third outings are disc only at present.

If you want online versions you’ll need an EA Access membership, where the whole trilogy is currently included in the videogames vault.

News: Best Buy reveals Mass Effect Andromeda details, including four-player multiplayer

A Best Buy listing for Mass Effect Andromeda Deluxe has leaked info on the videogame ahead of the expected N7 Day infoblast later today.

“Mass Effect: Andromeda takes players to the Andromeda galaxy, far beyond the Milky Way. There, players will lead our fight for a new home in hostile territory as the Pathfinder – a leader of military-trained explorers. This is the story of humanity’s next chapter, and player choices throughout the videogame will ultimately determine our survival,” reads the videogame’s blurb.
